Camp Counselor:
Summer ushers in a whirlwind of summer camps with laughter and fun echoing through our parks. We’re looking for folks who love working with children, who value empathy, and who thrive having fun.
A Summer Camp Counselor is an important member of our team. They help create magical and impactful day camps for children ages 4-14.
As a Counselor, you’ll be spending your time:
This position begins early June and runs through mid-August. Training dates will be end of May and early June.
Hours are dependent on specific camp site needs. Hours are typically between 35-50 hours per week and range Monday thru Friday 7:00a-6:00p. This position does not work on nights and weekends- they are yours to enjoy!

Positions in this class typically require balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, seeing, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Medium Work:
Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Visual Acuity
The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Working Conditions:
Workers are subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions and noise. Activities occur both inside and outside without protection from the weather. Workers are subject to extreme heat: Temperature above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
