GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supervision, interaction, and safety/well-being of Summer Camp participants ages 6 β 13 throughout a variety of outdoor and indoor activities at Athletic Camp. Work is performed under the supervision of the Day Camp Coordinator in accordance with established methods, schedules, and procedures.

Work requires constant public contact, use of the telephone, reading, writing, typing, very frequent walking, sitting, standing, swimming, and occasional lifting of 40 lbs., bending, stooping, running, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Works frequently in extreme weather.
JOB LOCATION
Primarily located at Northwest Recreation Complex. May work at any City owned buildings, parks, grounds and recreation facilities. All off-site locations and facilities utilized as part of the City's participation or involvement in an event, activity or job assignment.
