Job Summary:

Guest Services Inc. is hiring seasonal part-time outdoor recreation attendants/dockhands to assist with tubing operations at Rainbow Springs State Park in Dunnellon, Florida.

This position supports daily tubing operations and guest services. Team members help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for guests visiting the park.

Important: This role is an outdoor position that requires working in Florida's heat and humidity. Team members should be comfortable staying physically active throughout the shift while assisting guests and handling tubing equipment.

Job Description:

Schedule


•  Seasonal Part-Time
•  Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
•  Open availability required
•  Weekends and holidays required



Position Responsibilities

Dock Hand / Tubing Crew
•  Lift, carry, and organize tubing equipment
•  Load and unload tubes from racks and trailers
•  Assist guests entering and exiting the river
•  Provide directions and guest assistance

Tram Driver
• Safely transport guests to the tubing launch area along with any campers needing to return to launch.
• Assist guests boarding and exiting the tram; review safety guidelines and Rainbow history with both launch and exit procedures.

Cashier/Breezeway Staff
•  Assist guests with waivers and tubing information
•  Answer guest questions and provide directions
•  Operate point-of-sale system
•  Maintain the cleanliness of the store and restroom areas

Maintenance/Grounds
•  General cleaning of tubing facilities
•  Trash removal and upkeep of guest areas, including mowing and weed eating

Job Requirements


•  Ability to work outdoors in high heat and humidity
•  Ability to stand for long periods of time
•  Ability to lift and carry tubes and equipment
•  Ability to perform physically active work throughout the shift
•  Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
•  Ability to work well as part of a team
•  Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
