Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist clients with vacation planning, booking updates, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
  • Provide accurate, current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure consistent, clear communication throughout the booking process.
  • Follow up with clients before and after their trips to confirm details and gather feedback.
  • Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
