Remote Cruise & Resort Specialist (Work From Home)

We are expanding our remote support team and seeking organized, client-focused individuals to step into the role of Remote Cruise & Resort Travel Specialist. In this position, you will assist clients with planning cruise vacations, all-inclusive resort stays, and customized leisure travel experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and creating well-organized travel plans while operating independently in a structured environment with provided systems and mentorship.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
• Research cruise lines, resorts, destinations, and travel options
• Prepare customized proposals and itinerary outlines
• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate records using established systems and tools
• Provide professional communication and timely follow-up throughout the planning process
• Participate in ongoing education and team collaboration sessions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and online booking platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Background in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administration is helpful but not required
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain and LATAM
