Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals
Research and book vacations including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries
Provide clear communication and ongoing support before, during, and after travel
Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations with attention to detail
Stay informed on travel trends, supplier offerings, and promotions
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Passion for travel and helping others
Travel, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus (training provided)
