Transformation and Strategic Project Manager

We are looking for a Transformation and Strategic Project Manager to help deliver key strategic and transformation priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and program management, with exposure to senior leadership and global, cross-functional teams. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, owning initiatives end-to-end, and translating strategy into measurable impact.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Own the Transformation PMO

  • Build and run the Transformation Program Management Office (PMO), creating transparency across strategic initiatives.
  • Set planning, tracking, and reporting cadence across the transformation portfolio.
  • Provide executive-ready updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Lead Strategic Initiatives as Project Manager

  • Lead selected strategic and transformation initiatives as Project Manager under senior sponsorship.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

Strategy & Problem-solving Support

  • Support Global Strategy with business cases, analyses, and executive decision support.
  • Structure complex problems into hypotheses, insights, and actions.
  • Support value tracking and benefits realization across initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Win

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or project management.
  • Proven experience managing projects / workstreams in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid foundation in program and project management disciplines.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in an international setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
